Delivery will be made to the customer's factory or store location. If the goods are delivered to another location, the customer must be present at the time of delivery and receive the goods from the delivery vehicle.
We offer a 10-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
If returned within 11-60 days of delivery, a 20% fee will be charged
If returned within 61-100 days, a 50% fee will be charged.
No refunds will be given for returns over 101 days.
